Carton Sealing Packing/Packaging Tape Dispenser Applicator - automatic operation

Description

This is a carton sealing tape applicator.  With the right technique you can apply tape to three sides of the box, seal the tape to the box with a pressure roller, and cut the tape at the end, all with one smooth motion.  Unfortunately I never mastered the technique, so out it goes.
It's a bit under a pound despite a heavy metal frame, so shipping will be reasonable.
I was going to include a free roll of tape with it, but the added shipping would be more than the tape is worth.
